Services
For those who are working from home or simply prefer to stay at home, Austria Language Services also offers online lessons via MS Teams and other platforms. Course content is uploaded to the MS Teams file repository and is therefore available to you at any time. This solution offers the flexibility you need when you are at home and is also extremely cost-effective.
For busy executives who require flexibility in their training sessions, the most time and cost-effective solution is individual one-on-one coaching. Course content is determined together with the participant. This ensures that individual needs are optimally taken into account and rapid progress can be achieved.
In contrast to individual training, where you benefit from the full attention of the trainer, group courses enable greater interaction among participants (through discussions, role plays and negotiations). Group dynamics promote participant communication, which not only enables rapid progress but also makes learning more enjoyable.
Austria Language Services has an extensive library of training materials, which means that almost all industry-specific topics and situations can be covered. From legislation to accounting, from information technology to HR issues, whether telephoning or email correspondence; we strive to meet all your requirements. Please note, however, that we only offer specialized English courses and not subject-specific courses in English.

All translation orders are completed by the following Monday. We also offer a "same-day service" for texts of a reasonable size. Our translators have a keen sense of the subject matter and are able to translate your texts accurately in terms of content.

Pricing
Travel Expenses
- Round trip travel is conducted using public transportation.
- The following travel costs will be charged:
- Location within Vienna Ringstrasse: €0.
- Location outside Vienna Ringstrasse: €9 per started 20 minutes.
Group Courses
- A lesson consists of 2 to 6 units.
- Minimum units per course: 20 units.
- Participants per course: 2 - 6.
- Units of 45 minutes each.
- €39 excl. VAT per unit for the first three course participants.
- €2 for each additional participant per unit.
Course Materials
- The material used during the course is arranged by Austria Language Services.
- Course materials are charged at €29/participant.
- Schedule changes must be discussed with the trainer.
- Cancellation of the appointment must be made 24 hours in advance or the units will be charged.
Translations
- We charge €169 per 1,000 words with a minimum rate of €169 per text.
- For express translations (by the next working day) we charge a surcharge of €99.
- This surcharge also applies to texts that arrive after 2 pm on Fridays and need to be completed by the following Monday.
