3. Contact form and email

When you write to us using the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, subject and message) in order to answer your enquiry. Form data is only sent to us by email and is not stored on the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We keep your message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and beyond that only where the law requires us to keep records (for example, seven years for business records under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). Your data is not passed on to third parties.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website and our email mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary data (such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type) in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

5. External content (icons, animation)

The website's font is served from our own server. Files for icons and an animation library are loaded from external servers:

Your IP address is transmitted to these providers, because your browser fetches the files directly from them. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent and reliable presentation of the website).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address above.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
